The range for belt conveyors in bulk handling comprises:

Rulmeca production programme of stations is according to the Unified Standards DIN 22107. On request they can be supplied in different shapes and dimensions according to the standards CEMA, BS, JIS, AFNOR, SANS and ISO-FEM.
Range of products
The Rulmeca Motorized Pulley was first produced in 1953 specifically for use on conveyors belt applications.
A Motorized Pulley is a compact, hermetically sealed, highly efficient conveyor drive unit that would be
unaffected by dust, water, oil, grease or other harmful substances. A Motorized Pulley that would be quick and simple to install and require virtually no maintenance.
The experience of 60 years has enabled the Rulmeca Motorized Pulley to be one of the most reliable, effective and safe conveyor drive systems available throughout the world, in applications in all the fields of mining and bulk handling material processing. Rulmeca Motorized Pulleys are supplied with the degree of protection IP66/67, they are also in compliance with the Safety norm ANSI 535.4 and ISO 3864-2 and have a 2 year warranty.
They are manufactured according to the Council Directives of the European Communities, particularly according to Directive 2006/95/EC relating to electrical equipment and according to Directive 2004/108/EC relating to electrical magnetic compatibility.
Rulmeca new products range for unit handling has been extensively renewed, allowing the Group to move ahead.

Range of products
Rulmeca Drum motors is the ideal system for the drive of belt conveyors. Being composed of a motor, bearings and gearbox hermetically enclosed inside the casing, it is partially filled with oil that acts as lubricant and refrigerant to dissipate away the heat through the shell and the belt conveyor.
