Rexnord gear couplings and Falk Lifelign Gear Couplings’ triple-crowned teeth are crowned on the root, tip and face to articulate freely and minimize wear caused by misalignment. By eliminating tip-loading while reducing backlash and radial clearances, Lifelign’s triple-crown teeth can help protect equipment from damaging loads.

The Falk Lifelign G20 Coupling is a double engagement, close-coupled solution with two flex halves to accommodate both offset and/or angular misalignment as well as end float. Engineered for all horizontal, close-coupled applications including fans, overhead cranes, conveyors, steel and paper mill equipment, it is adaptable with limited end float for use on electric motors, generators and other machinery fitted with sleeve or straight roller bearings.
The Falk Lifelign G32 standard flanged spacer coupling is designed for pump and compressor applications using a standard double engagement coupling and spacer tube with additionalfasteners. Stock spacer lengths for quick delivery are available in popular sizes. Special lengths can be ordered. The G32 Standard flanged sleeve spacer can be configured with or without limited end float.
The Falk Lifelign Type G52 gear Coupling is a single engagement design used with floating shafts or three bearing drive trains. Featuring one flex half and one rigid half, it is suited for accommodating angular misalignment.
The Falk Lifelign Type G62 Gear Couplings are double or single engagement brakewheel and disc brake couplings used for applications such as cranes, hoists, and conveyors among others. Brakewheel and disc brake couplings accommodate misalignment between connected equipment and eliminate the need for double shaft extensions on motors and gear drives for applications requiring brakes.
The Falk Lifelign GV20 Coupling is a vertical double engagement, close-coupled solution designed to accommodate the sleeve-centering assembly and suited for applications with inclinations over 10 degrees. Available in 12 sizes ranging from 1010G through 1070G the Lifelign GV20 couplings are engineered to accommodate torque loads up to 1,197,000 (lb-in) and shaft diameters up to 56.50 inches.
The Falk Lifelign GP20 Couplings are Double, Single or Rigid engagement insulated couplings used to eliminate the flow of stray current from one shaft to another and to protect sensitive electrical equipment. Not designed for electrical isolation of high current, short circuits or static charges. Insulated couplings consist of standard hubs and sleeves and utilize reduced diameter socket head cap screws.
The Falk Lifelign G82 Couplings are rigid couplings used when there is no need to accommodate misalignment and where thrust loads are generated, such as vertical mixer applications. The coupling carries the torque load, weight of the shaft and impeller, thrust forces, and resulting bending movements.
The Falk Lifelign Type G63 Gear Couplings are double or single engagement brakewheel and disc brake couplings used for applications such as cranes, hoists, and conveyors among others. Brakewheel and disc brake couplings accommodate misalignment between connected equipment and eliminate the need for double shaft extensions on motors and gear drives for applications requiring brakes.
The Falk Lifelign G70 Gear Coupling is a quick disconnect coupling suitable for low-speed applications including portable or stationary inching drive systems where the driving end hub/sleeve combination is mounted on the driving shaft or incher for connecting/disconnecting at standstill. When the long flex hub is mounted on the auxiliary shaft, the changeover is performed at standstill by engaging the free-running hub.
