Rexnord engineered steel chain is designed and manufactured to be the longest wearing chains in the most demanding of applications. The end result are products which provide our customers with increased productivity, reliable & continuous operation, reduced replacement costs, and less manufacturing downtime.
• Engineered interference fit construction designed to increase chain fatigue life and wear life.
• State-of-the-art heat treatment of chain components assure longer chain life.
• Pins, bushings and rollers manufactured to exact tolerances.
• Selectively Induction Hardened (SIH) pins for unmatched toughness and wear.
• Stocked in the largest network of warehouses in the industry.
• Backed up with extensive engineering and sales support.
These chains are built for maximum durability to stand up to hot, abrasive environments and continuous operation during paving season.
Double Flex Chain rotates on two planes, making it an ideal choice for a wide variety of applications. The pin bearing surfaces and selected sliding surfaces are induction hardened for extended wear life. The Double Flex Chain offers a large sliding area to decrease shear on the chain and the sliding surface because design allows maximum flexibility for both horizontal and vertical movement.
Rugged, all-steel Rexnord and Link-Belt Drive Chains are built to perform at levels other drive chains can’t match. Rexnord began manufacturing drive chain in the late 1800’s and has been a leader in drive chain innovation since. Today’s chains are a product of over a century of improved product design, testing and application experience.
Rexnord Engineered Steel Mining Chain offer a wide array of designs to suit specific applications and customer requirements within mining applications. They are designed and produced from choice raw materials, feature superior heat treatment and hardness depths on all components, and are made with technically superior sidebar hole quality.
Rexnord High Load Elevator Chain are used in high load systems where elevators were reduced speed is important. They use pins that are induction-hardened through a proprietary process that accurately controls the metallurgy of the pin. The resulting hardness features allow for both shock-loading strength and wear resistance in hostile environments.
